Returns & Replacement Eligibility
Return or replacement is accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
No other returns or replacements are accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request return or replacement:
- Customer must record complete parcel opening video
- Video must be clear and uncut
- Video must start before opening parcel
- Video must clearly show:
- Parcel condition
- Opening process
- Product received
Without proper video proof, return or replacement will not be accepted.
Return Request Time
- Customer must contact within 3 days of delivery
- Requests after 3 days may not be accepted
Multicolor / Random Color / Design Policy
Many products on MANODHRUVA are listed as:
- Multicolor
- Random Color
- Assorted Design
- Random Pattern
For such products:
- Color or design will be shipped based on availability
- We cannot guarantee specific color or design
Requesting Specific Color or Design
If you require specific color or design:
- Contact via WhatsApp within 30 minutes of placing order
- Mention Order Number and preferred color/design
- We will try to fulfill request based on availability
If no message is received within 30 minutes, order will be shipped in random color/design.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacement will not be accepted in following cases:
- No unboxing video
- Request after 3 days
- Random color/design received
- Slight color variation
- Minor packaging damage
- Wrong product selected by customer
- Size or expectation mismatch
- Color preference not communicated within 30 minutes
Refund / Replacement Process
- Our team will review request and video proof
- If approved, refund or replacement will be arranged
- Decision of MANODHRUVA team will be final
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
- Refund will be processed via original payment method
