Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice
- Customers must provide correct name, address, and contact details
- Incorrect or incomplete address may cause delay or failed delivery
- MANODHRUVA is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided by customer
Payment Policy
- We accept Prepaid Orders Only
- Secure payment gateway is used for all transactions
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment
- In case of payment failure but amount deducted, refund will be processed automatically by payment gateway as per bank timeline
Shipping & Delivery
- Flat ₹50 Shipping Pan India
- Orders placed before 9 AM are dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 9 AM will be dispatched next working day
- Delivery timeline: 4–6 working days
- Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier, or unforeseen circumstances
- MANODHRUVA is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
Returns & Replacement
At MANODHRUVA, all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
Return or replacement is accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
No other returns are accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request return or replacement:
- Customer must record complete parcel opening video
- Video must be clear and uncut
- Video must start before opening parcel
- Video must clearly show parcel condition and product received
Without proper video proof, return or replacement will not be accepted.
Return Request Time
- Customer must contact within 3 days of delivery
- Requests after this period may not be accepted
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in following cases:
- No unboxing video
- Request after 3 days
- Slight color variation
- Minor packaging damage but all products are safe
- Wrong product selected by customer
- Size or expectation mismatch
Product Information
- We try to display products as accurately as possible
- Slight variation in color, size, or design may occur
- This may happen due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
Order Cancellation
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
- For urgent cancellation, contact immediately via WhatsApp
- Cancellation requests depend on order processing status
Delivery Issues
- If customer is unavailable at delivery, courier may attempt re-delivery
- If parcel returns due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply
Customer Responsibility
Customer must:
- Provide correct address
- Provide reachable contact number
- Track order once shipped
Failure may result in delivery delay or return.
